At Luxe, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return window for unopened and gently used products.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the products in their original packaging, ensuring all caps are tightened to prevent leakage during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
